Terms of service
What services are included in your moving price
1. Moving truck fully equipped with moving pads, dollies and straps
2. Our moving professionals are responsible for loading and unloading the truck
3. We will blanket wrap all wooden furniture
4. We will dismantle and reassemble normal* beds and tables if necessary
5. We do NOT dismantle and reassemble particle wood furniture or special order furniture
6. WE DO NOT install ANY ELECTRIC, NATURAL GAS or PROPANE APPLIANCES. The shipper is responsible for packing all cables, wires and remotes
Packing service cost (including the cost of packing material)
Small box(1.5 cubic feet) $5
Medium box (3 to 4.5 cubic feet) $10
Large box (6 to 8 cubic feet) $12.5
Dish box (china box) $21.50
Wardrobe/ garment box $27.5
Unless noted otherwise in your estimate, you are responsible for packing your own boxes and all glass items such as pictures, glass tops, glass shelving, and mirrors.
RESTRICTIONS OR TRUCK CANNOT ACCESS DELIVERY ADDRESS
Parking or other restrictions with the building/s management or local police department at both current and new locations in order for the carrier to avoid violations or to safely complete delivery. If the truck physically or for reasons of restrictions cannot park close enough to delivery address Long Carrying or Shuttle Truck Service charges will apply and added to the original agreement
Stairs carry:
There is no charge for the first 1 flight of stairs (up to 10 steps). A $75 fee is added for each additional flight of stairs. Elevators use charge $85, no charge if exclusive elevator use available.
Long carry/ Shuttle service
If we are unable to drive our trucks within 75ft of the dwelling, there will be a $75 cost for long carry for each additional 75 feet. Shuttle service: If we are unable to drive our trucks within 275ft of the dwelling, there will be a $1 cost per cubic feet (minimum $300).
